Hungry Vivu ("the App") is a virtual pet game developed by Mykola Viunyk ("we", "us", "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. We do not have user accounts, logins, or registration. We do not track your location, contacts, photos, or browsing activity.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores game data locally on your device using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults). This includes:
- Your pet's name (chosen by you during onboarding)
- Game progress (level, coins, achievements, unlocked skins)
- Settings preferences (music, sound effects, haptics)
This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to us or any third party. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing: apple.com/legal/privacy
Children's Privacy
The App is designed to be suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. Since no data is collected or transmitted, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
Analytics
The App does not currently use any third-party analytics or tracking services. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect, and any analytics will be limited to anonymous, aggregate usage data (such as session counts) with no personally identifiable information.
Advertising
The App does not currently display advertisements. If advertising is introduced in a future update, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external interaction is with the Apple App Store for in-app purchases, which is governed by Apple's own privacy practices.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
