Welcome to Hungry Vivu ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Hungry Vivu is a virtual pet game intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to artwork, animations, characters, sounds, music, text, and game design — is the property of Mykola Viunyk and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. "Hungry Vivu" and the Vivu character are trademarks of Mykola Viunyk.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases ("IAP") including virtual coins, premium features, and cosmetic items. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or refunded through us. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
Virtual Currency and Items
Coins, skins, and other virtual items earned or purchased in the App exist only within the App and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify the game economy, pricing, and availability of virtual items at any time. Game progress is stored locally on your device; we are not responsible for data loss due to device changes, deletion, or malfunction.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws. The App is a single-player experience with no user-generated content or social features, so standard community guidelines do not currently apply.
Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the App will always be available or error-free. Updates may be required to continue using the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mykola Viunyk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
